吸引客户的无非就是从客户的利益点、兴趣、好奇点等出发,可以是介绍你的产品售后需求少,节省人力,节省成本,也可以给客户发去他网站产品,他就会好奇你是不是他的客户,而当客户主动提问,你就可以将他引导你想要了解的方面上了。

可以参考下面几种方法,来和客户沟通交流。

第一种,请教法。我们可以用请教的口吻来跟客户聊天。

一般来说加到客户后,就会先向客户进行推荐,告诉客户“我能为你做什么”,再让客户看我们的网站,但是其实可以换种方法,向客户真诚请教,这样推销的性质也不是那么明显,所以客户也不会很排斥。

第二种,专业介绍法。这是一种介绍公司的方法。

第三种,产品介绍法。用热销的产品和最新的产品和客户聊天,吸引客户的注意力。

第四种,利润引导法。告诉客户我能为你带来什么好处。

这种方法对CEO是适用的,因为他是最关心公司利润的。如果中小型企业,这个方法也很实用。

总结下来,想和客户达到积极有效的互动沟通,可以多多留意客户的信息,他最近的社媒动态,近期关注的热点话题;沟通的过程中可以把握回答与提问的节奏,有时候也可以和客户聊聊生活上的趣事,不至于沟通的内容都充斥着工作内容。
